Founded in 1976, Whurl Plastics are injection moulding specialists in small to medium sized components using high speed tooling and a fully automatic manufacture process. Machinery from 20 tonne to 100 tonne. Typical run lengths can be as few as 2000 to more than 500,000 units per month.
We service several industries including food manufacture and packaging, electronic closures and cases, horticultural apparatus and gadgets, aerosol caps and actuators, packaging for contract packers and custom moulding as required by other fields. Whurl is equip with fully integrated clean room manufacturing.
Design and prototyping services are part of our process and assistance or advise is available on non-disclosure agreements, design registration and project planning.
