Mastercam, a global player in CAD/CAM solutions has announced the appointment of Russ Bukowski as its president. Acting as the interim president since December 2024, the company says Bukowski is ideally suited to lead the company through its next phase of growth and expansion.
With over 20 years of experience in strategy development and organisational leadership, Bukowski will guide Mastercam’s strategic direction as the company continues to strengthen and further expand its position in CAD/CAM space.
Having previously served as the company’s executive vice president and chief strategy officer, Bukowski has a “profound understanding” of Mastercam and its critical role within Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions.
“He has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision during his role as acting President. With a long and distinguished career within the Mastercam organisation, Russ brings a deep understanding of our offerings and culture.,” says Mattias Nilsson, president of business area segment Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions. Mastercam has been an integral part of Sandvik Manufacturing Solutions since 2021.
