Industrial heat treatment and vacuum metallurgy technology supplier Seco/Warwick has reported record annual revenue for 2025, supported by growth across aluminium processing, melting furnace systems and expanding international operations.

The Group reported revenue of almost 746 million Polish złoty for the year, an increase of 4.6% compared with 2024, while operating profit rose 35.7% to 43.1 million Polish złoty. Net profit reached 26.1 million Polish złoty.

Sławomir Woźniak, chief executive officer of the Seco/Warwick Group, says growth was supported by both sales mix improvements and increased demand across key industrial sectors.

“A new growth engine has emerged in the aluminium process segment, which expanded by more than 38.5% compared with the previous year. The Melting Furnaces segment also delivered a very solid result,” Woźniak says.

“Seco/Warwick is successfully capturing demand in segments where technological advantage, energy efficiency, and workmanship quality are of critical importance to industrial customers.”

Europe and the United States remained the company’s largest markets, accounting for a combined 71% of Group sales, while Asia recorded the fastest growth, increasing more than 25% compared with the previous year.

During the first half of 2025, Seco/Warwick also completed the merger of Seco/Warwick Corporation and Seco Vacuum Technologies into a single entity operating as Seco/Warwick USA. The company says the move is intended to simplify operations and strengthen its North American position.

The Group continues to focus on regional manufacturing capability and local supply chains, reflecting broader industrial shifts occurring globally around local content requirements, trade pressures and production resilience.

“More and more markets are moving away from a fully globalised model toward local production, ‘local content’ requirements, and greater self-sufficiency,” Woźniak says.

Seco/Warwick currently operates in more than 70 countries, supplying sectors including aerospace, automotive, medical manufacturing, recycling, power generation and steel processing.

The company is also continuing to develop digital engineering capabilities, including digital twin technologies used to support equipment design, testing and production standardisation across multiple markets.
